At WERA Tapping, I help you work with your emotions instead of fighting them. My approach combines Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT) with Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) in what I call emotional psychology. EFT uses tapping on specific meridian points to work directly with the body’s emotional responses, helping you regulate your nervous system while also shifting unhelpful beliefs and thought patterns.
