This session focuses on the physical body. It helps to take the edge off and makes you feel more positive and calm. You can book this session if you feel anxious or distressed. This session is 20 min long.

WHAT HAPPENS DURING SESSIONS

During Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT) session we focus on exploring the emotional underpinnings that drive the current behaviors. Initially, we will delve into your personal history and experiences, seeking to understand the emotional triggers and patterns that contribute to your current situation. This involves discussing specific situations or memories that provoke strong emotional responses, e.g., trauma, shame, guilt, or unresolved grief.

Once the focus is established, we will begin the tapping process on specific meridian points on your body. This gentle tapping is accompanied by verbal affirmations or statements that acknowledge the issue at hand. The goal is to release emotional blocks and restore balance in your body's energy system, promoting a sense of calm and well-being. Throughout the session, I will guide you through the tapping sequence, using various techniques ensuring that you get deep into your experience while feeling supported as we work towards resolving the identified concerns. By the end of the session, you can expect to experience a reduction in emotional intensity, increased clarity, and a greater sense of empowerment in addressing the challenges you face.

If we identify the need for learning skills or creating a plan for the prevention of relapse, we will use the CBT technique to guide the process tailored to your needs.
